• Understands bar service and can provide beverage recommendations to our guests
• Can make fantastic classic cocktails
• Has sound knowledge of wine & spirits
• Comfortable taking food and beverage orders using POS systems & processing payments
• Enjoys working in a high volume venue with a team but can work autonomously

We are looking for someone who is

• Available weekends
• Has impeccable attention to detail
• Energetic personality
• Previous experience in a bar (minimum 1 year)
• Holds a current NSW RSA card
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to communicate and make recommendations to patrons
